The Foundation
How Kotz Co Began
Kotz Couriers launched in June 2026 as a single-driver operation with a clear purpose: give Kansas City's healthcare community a courier they could actually count on. Owner-operator Harry Kotzias built it from the ground up — licensed, insured, HIPAA certified, and Bloodborne Pathogen certified — personally behind every delivery.
There's something different about a business where the owner is the one showing up at your door. Harry isn't managing a fleet from an office — he's on the road, building relationships with the clinics, labs, and hospitals he serves, one run at a time.
Kotz Co LLC is the holding company behind Kotz Couriers, providing the structure and foundation for Harry's ventures as they grow. It's Kansas City-rooted, community-focused, and built on the simple belief that reliability is everything.
